Applications have been invited from the applicants of Chhattisgarh for recruitment to 100 contractual posts in District Child Protection Unit, Juvenile Justice Board and Child Welfare Committee under Mission Vatsalya in various districts of Chhattisgarh state. Interested and eligible candidates will have to send the application form in the prescribed form to the District Program Officer / District Women and Child Development Officer Office of Women and Child Development of the concerned district. Application forms can be submitted through registered post / speed post and courier. Application forms will be accepted till 23.08.2024 during office hours. Applications received after the prescribed date and time will not be accepted.
Recruitment for 100 posts in District Child Protection Unit
Terms and Conditions :-
1. At the time of application for the above posts, attach self-attested copies of educational qualification, experience certificate, residence certificate and registration from recognized education board/institute/university and it is mandatory to bring the original certificates along.
2. Candidates should regularly visit the departmental website. No information will be sent to the applicant personally through any other medium. The applicant will be responsible for regularly visiting the website.
3. General conditions and guidelines regarding recruitment of the advertised posts can be seen or downloaded from the website of the concerned district . All important information related to the advertisement will be given from time to time through the department’s website only. It is necessary for the candidate to attach the domicile certificate of the concerned district issued by the competent authority.
4. The candidate should read all the instructions and information given in the advertisement carefully and fill in the correct and complete information. If any information is found incomplete or erroneous in the application form, then the candidate will be solely responsible for it. On the basis of error or incompleteness, the application form can be rejected at any stage of selection without giving any prior notice to the applicant.
5. The prescribed educational qualification and computer related degree/diploma must be from a recognized university/institution. It is necessary to attach a self-attested photocopy of the complete mark sheet of each year of the mandatory/desired educational qualification with the application form.
6. The applicant must be a native of Chhattisgarh. The final decision on any dispute or problem arising during the recruitment to the above posts will be taken by the department/selection committee.
7. Candidates can apply for more than one post but must fill in separate application forms and submit them in separate envelopes with the designation applied for. If two or more applications are found in one envelope, only one application will be considered. No claim made by the candidate for this will be valid.
After being selected, it is mandatory for the candidates to appear with the original copy and 01 set of photocopies of the following documents at the time of appearance. If they do not appear with the original documents, the selection will be automatically cancelled:-
1. Marks list of 10th and 12th.
2. Schedule of Educational Qualifications (for all categories).
3. Certificate of technical qualification.
4. Experience and employer’s no objection certificate and appointment order.
5. Live Employment Registration Certificate.
6. Caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
7. Domicile certificate issued by competent authority
8. Valid original ID proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID)
9. Other related documents.
The appointment of the candidate can be terminated if all the documents are not submitted and if the documents are found to be incorrect at any time even after appointment.
It is mandatory to complete all the educational and other eligibility criteria by the date of advertisement, otherwise the application form will be rejected. And no claim or objection will be accepted in this regard.
It is mandatory to attach a live registration of the district employment office. Just applying will not ensure selection of anyone. Experience certificate will be rejected in case of any kind of overwriting or error. The number of advertisements can be increased or decreased as per the requirement.
Any candidate who has married before the minimum age prescribed for marriage will not be given a letter for appointment. Application form received without signature will be considered rejected.
The selected candidate will be required to execute a contract on a non judicial bond of Rs. 50/-, the liability on execution of the contract will be borne by the selected candidate.
